We have reserved the last 14 rooms in the hotel for Friday evening. If you not already given Barbara Conors your credit card information, she has probably not reserved a room in your name. Additional saturday night reservations are available.

The hotel has a 24-hour cancellation policy - BUT PLEASE CALL BARBARA BEFORE CANCELLING ANY FRIDAY NIGHT ROOMS - others in our group may want them.

Everyone MUST call in their mastercard by the 5th of August or their room will be cancelled. They cannot change their reservation once they are 7 days out from their stay including cancelling the Friday night, so they MUST BE SURE they want to stay Friday Night when they reserve the room. The rate is $85.00 plus Tax. The only way to cancel their reservation after seven days out is if your child is injured or sick and cannot attend the tournament. This will have to be explained to the reservations clerk upon calling. A full breakfast is served with this hotel!!!

Unfortunately, we don't know yet what time the Saturday game is.
